Refund policy

  • Returns accepted for 14 days. To start a return, you can contact us. We will provide you the return address to ship your package to by email. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Customer pays for registered return shipping.

  • 14 day period starts when the last ordered item has been received.

  • Refunds to the customer are made when returned items have been received and are fully inspected on damages & condition.

  • Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

  • Customers who checked out with a phone number only can request a return via the link in their SMS order confirmation.
